Hot water bottle

An old classic - fill it up with hot water and put it in bed with you or on wherever you need. Thick rubber. Often come with cloth covers to make it less intensely hot. They sell mini ones too. Would that help?

ye olde hot water bottle

i feel like a sweet cozy little irish lass every time i use this thing. my ancestors smile down at me whenever i put the kettle on before bed to fill ‘er up. best $17 i’ve spent all winter. bonus points if you can get a lover or friend to fill it up for you while you recline in bed. absolutely addicted. it has to be red
