as simple as it is a lotta the time i forget to rlly sit and enjoy the sun. ive been trying to go outside and rlly bask in the sun as i drink my coffee in the mornings lately, just so i rmbr to take a moment to breathe—especially before a busy day starts. it def helps to start the day off on the right foot :))

okay i KNOW this is one of many recs i’ve made about sitting in the sun, but it’s because this winter has made me realize how crucial it is to my mental health. today it feels like spring, i’m drinking a bottle of elderberry ginger juice while sitting on the porch, my freckles are slowly making their way back onto my face, and my soul feels open to all of the possibilities in the universe. god bless

honestly my state’s pride fest was super iconic this year especially w chappell roan performing. saw some great friends and enjoyed planning for it. it truly felt like a colorful time. 2024 fell off when the semester started, but luv all the ppl around me and the opportunities i’ve had!! but i’m looking forward to a new year. THANK GOD LMFAO
