for the first time in literally my whole life i am feeling hopeful for the future. it is so weird but it is a nice feeling, like i can actually live out my dreams. the future is mine for the taking even when the world seems to be in shambles!

😃i think a fresh start is just how you look at things. it’s a new year, but i’ve lived other new year’s before. it’s not my first january, but every January feels like it is. like i have infinite potential. because i do!! and i get to unlock it and use it and do great things and make this place we live in better!!

Make art, call your sister, tell someone you love them, eat your favourite meal, make a paper chain, read stone butch blues, get into analog music, get a pen pal, make a tiny horse out of clay, think about your survival, drink juice, take a vow of sincerity, apologise for lack thereof, smile at people in the street, wave at babies, lie in the sun, do anything!
