if im trying to watch something lighthearted or feel good i recommend animation or some kids shows!
avatar the last airbender is a great show that i started recently and its quickly becoming a comfort show.
I get anxious a lot and spongebob is my current go to for when I need to feel more grounded. also recommend nature documentaries about your favorite

I saw one about nocturnal animals that was really cool and engaging, it helped me learn fun facts about cool creatures π

i love cartoons. also adventure time (duh), futurama, inside job was good, midnight gospel, and the second best hospital in the galaxy. if you want to be a bit bummed out you should probably watch bojack or moral orel (claymation actually)

i never find myself watching animation anymore, so a flight is my best option to dip back into it. tnmt mutant mayhem was ridiculously fun, entergalactic is a VERY different vibe but beautiful and just fascinating to imagine how they made it, and any studio ghibli at all will inevitably be great :)
