Not just for smoothies! Use them in yogurt, oats, jam, muffins, all the usual ways. Donโt be pressured by the need to use โfreshโ fruitโฆ frozen fruit can be just as nutritious (if not more!) because they're actually picked at ripeness and preserved rather than being ripened using ethylene.
