I saw the title and was a little worried about the cover of this song. I have a long history with it. It’s one of those random songs that has attached to me and come along through all my growth. I’m relieved to share that they did a phenomenal job with it :)
this cover really brings the leonard cohen influences to light and reworks an already beautiful song into a different beautiful song! Watkinson’s voice is always lovely and this is one of many, many videos of his that i would recommend.
