Getting cold

The feeling of getting cold is one of the most physically engaging sensations. I hate being cold for a long time but initially, it makes me hyperaware and clears my mind Waking up in the winter months and going outside first thing, whether it be to get breakfast or for a walk, benefits my daily routine

Standing in the cold in a short sleeve t shirt

it is terrible in the moment..but your hands have will feel dull and clammy and cold for a while afterwards which is a feeling i personally enjoy.

Being bitten by a cat somewhere between playfully and seriously

Sometimes, if my cat really wants my attention, he‘ll grab my leg loosely and bite me, where it hurts for a bit but leaves no mark nor blood. It’s not quite fun- but I think it serves a meaningful place in life
