i love being able to change my glasses based on my mood. there are so many fun ones out on the market at the moment and if i’m going to have to wear something on my face to allow me to see i would like to make it fun

disappointing i love love project lobster!! they’re a spanish brand and they have such fun frames :) designer brands have been kind of branching into fun territory as well - i have a pair from celine that are stupid expensive but really fun too and gucci had loads of seventies lookin ones the last time i was shopping for glasses that were so cool but a lil out of my price range lmao… i’ve had my eye on jimmy fairly for ages as well 😁😁 also i’m not sure if they ship out of spain but there’s a chain of opticians here called multiopticas that have loads of surprisingly interesting frames for really cheap!! if anything it’s fun to look through their site for inspiration :)

Sometimes i want a small frame with the way i did my hair that day. Or maybe i match another pair to what im wearing. Part of the fun of being blind is to have different frames for different moods. I currently have 5 but am in the market for more. :))

glasses are fucking cool! there are so many different styles with unique shapes, sizes, and colours! (try to) wear them as an extension of yourself and not just as a means to an end!!!
