oddly enough it is a comfort show for me! i used to watch it with my parents all the time as a kid and i’ve grown a new appreciation for it as an adult. now that i’m not scared of the monsters, especially the one from season 1 episode 3 lol
the original series is incredible television. i used to watch it with my great-grandpa and i love how all-out they go for the reenactments and how many people they reunited with the episodes. obviously deeply flawed but so comforting to me :’)
i went to loch ness today!! i’ve wanted to go there ever since i was a little kid reading my monsters and cryptids book from the book fair cause i was a freaky little spooky kid. did not see any monsters but i bought a little figurine from the nessie hunter guy in dore :)
