Bear Donut in Midtown

Korean donut spot that just opened, masquerading as an American chain, merch and all. Their Donuts are made w mochi, so so good. They also have flavored oat milk on draft that I have yet to try. As I left there this morning I heard myself saying “love you” on the way out.. that kind of thing

Current fave but the list is always changing… I recently came across this cool ass book “volta photo” about his studio shots from the late 60s - early 80s. he would have a bunch of friends come by/ wear sick outfits/ stand in front of vibey patterned backdrops… Gucci def rips some of this in their best advertising. A must see.

All the songs on Prime Choice are amazing but this one holds a special place in my heart. Just adorable. Not sure what to call this genre but it’s 80’s from Miami…Reminds me of Arthur Russell but also Sesame Street?
