This brand is seriously amazing for it. I've seen it in Target / Ulta etc but you can also order on Amazon. Look into the following from them - Lipikar AP+ Triple Repair Moisturizing Cream (this stuff is great and can be used on your body and face) - Lipikar AP+ Gentle Foaming Facial Wash - Lipikar AP + Gentle Foaming Cleansing Oil - Toleriane Hydrating Gentle Face Cleanser (I'd compare the three cleansers and see which one is best for you) - Cicaplast Balm B5 - Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer Another great moisturizer that has done wonders in repairing my skin barrier was the CeraVe Moisturizing Cream (the one in the 1.19 lb jug that's blue and white in packaging) - this is also great on the body! also not to be super annoying but water intake is super important too! staying hydrated will keep your skin hydrated! & a good excuse for a cute water bottle. :) I aim for 80-100 oz / day. Good luck!! xx

For a simple routine you only need a face wash and a moisturiser— if your skin is more oily than dry, try Glossier’s cleanser concentrate, and if drier, try Glossier’s milky jelly cleanser or Cera Ve’s hydrating facial cleanser. If you have acne prone skin, a face wash with salicylic acid will help. Then use a good moisturiser; Cera Ve’s Daily Moisturising lotion is my workhorse, and I use Beekman 1802 Bloom Cream at night or when dry. Use a good sunscreen; I use Supergoop Every Single Face watery lotion, but anything that you like the texture of and will use consistently is best. Do those three things for a month or two, and it will feel much easier to fold other things into your routine where you notice you need them— that may be a serum, a chemical exfoliant, or an active. If you get breakouts and want an effective spot treatment, La Roche Posay’s effaclar duo is the best thing I’ve used— it’s more effective than patches or stickers, and minimally drying. Do you have particular skin concerns (dryness, dark spots, breakouts, redness, etc.)?

Every night I use the Sofie Pavitt Face Mandelic Clearing Serum: this is nothing short of life-changing. I was experiencing a very strange hormonal skin flare up early in January, and I bought this product as a pregnancy-safe exfoliant and acne serum–the before and afters (just 1 week apart) speak for themselves. I get worried when I start to run low on this product, and its one the few products in the world I would subscribe to monthly deliveries of. Sofie is so so so incredible and knowledgeable- this comes through in the authenticity of her brand. Her cleanser is shockingly good for a simple, gentle cleanser. I recently got hooked on this.

ah yes now it is time to sleep. I like the act of blowing it out as well as the smell that follows. I do however find myself anxious to not accidentally fall asleep while it's lit, sometimes I wish I could sleep with it still going.

The past three days I have gone on bike rides with my 80 year old grandfather. He leads the way. We saw some chemtrails over cranberry bogs, he took me to his blind friends house, when we went past a speedometer and he clocked 12mph , I said he almost broke it and he nearly fell of his bike with laughter.
