My friend just texted me that she didn’t get the virgin suicides after she watched. Not in like a “I’m too normie youre a freak for liking it” way but just in a “I’m being honest I wished I got it but I don’t.” Same for me about James Joyce, particularly Ulysses. I don’t get it!
