My current fav for the colder weather! It's unisex, and has something for everyone. Orange blossom, chamomile, hay, beer, resins, woods, vanilla, etc etc. It's such a treat and I smell something different on every wearing.
Its this great woody-spicy-resinous thing perfect for cold winter days. Others I've worn often: Gentle Fluidity Silver: Gorgeous juniper berry opening, but extremely expensive so I spray it on my winter scarf to increase longevity Louis - The Zoo: Incredibly sexy cardamom bomb with orange blosson and absinthe! Perfect for date night. It smells like 3-4 whiskeys feel.
I used to like this, but now I LOVE it. It opens with a cardamom and clove bomb laced with orange blossom and absinthe. Then, the astronomical amount of orris butter lends a powerful powder to the middle and base notes, which consist of galbanum, fir, sage, cumin, and white musks. Definitely "for men", but like......it's so nuanced and interesting that anyone could rock it AS LONG AS it works with your skin chemistry. If it doesn't sync up with your skin chemistry, you run the risk of smelling like you just have bad BO. Anyway, that's my review/recommendation for one of my cold weather favorites.
Everybody meet Tomato! (government name: Chloe) She is a very very shy but sweet little lady who is one year old. I already feel like we're kindred spirits because we both take a while to warm to people. She is currently sitting comfortably with the dust bunnies under my bed.
