I’ve started lighting the candle in the mornings while I dream journal (with a pickle lighter that was gifted to me) and it really elevates the day right off the bat
bonus points if its’s with a matchstick. the crrrr whpush, a little portal of warmth in the corner of your bedroom. light is light no matter the size. Plus, now my room smells like fresh linen 🧘🏾♀️
This is a type of walk I do almost every day. Walk in one direction until you hit a stoplight. Then immediately turn and walk in the new direction until you hit a stoplight and repeat until you get back home.
