If you have ever even questioned if you should delete it, you should. I have been tik tok less since I’m not sure when, guessing at most like 9 months? And I feel like I’m receiving a normal amount of information everyday rather than information overload first thing in the morning. Our brilliant, yet fragile little brains were never made to look at a screen for so long. Go outside. However, it took me about 2 years to even consistently not have tik tok. I would delete it for about two days and download it right back, but I think if you’re stubborn enough- you can do it too :)

It’s less accessible, so I’m using it less, which means I am losing brain cells at a slower rate !! Yay for focusing on lengthening my attention span and regaining my colorful vocabulary

I’m making the kind of deals diplomats can only dream of on this goddamn game. They need to hire me at the UN to negotiate US-N Korea relations the way I’m bargaining between kpop and hiphop fandoms. Game is called Soundmap. Add me as a friend! 🗣️

Not a specific book recommendation, but if you want to find more leftist book content I can’t say enough good things about them.
