it started off being a joke but now at every gaspable moment i gasp. i canāt hold it in. iām starting to embarrass my friends but itās so fun to be dramatic.
everytime i managed to somewhat control myself id look at my friend and then we were both back at square one honestly itās the best kind of laugh, especially when you inadvertently feed off your friends laughter and then youāre both stuck in an endless loop of stifling and choking down your fits
had a friend compare my laugh to a hyenaās and that comment really stuck on me and turned my laugh into an insecurity :( and i frequently will get the comment from my mom to not ālaugh too loudā or to laugh more āladylikeā ā¦ and i just saw an interview where neil newbon explains how to do astarion from bg3ās voice and he specifically says that he uses a laugh for him that is āear piercing, crowd stopping and conversation obliteratingā but he then describes the laugh as haughty, raucous
but most importantly unapologetic? and thatās really sticking with me now. to remember that my larger than laugh insane squeal of a laugh that is just like astarionās in ācoversation obliteratingā levels is also unapologetic. and i deserve to let the world know when iām happy and joyous
they are so fun and i personally love mine. i have pins, my own drawings, postcards, pictures, tickets, etc. its truly a piece of artwork at this point.
