good for your gut, good for your brain, good for all of you? the pokemon go of diets — because it all counts, including the low hanging fruit (coffee, wheat, cocoa) and the worthier varieties (lima beans, spinach, kale). I like to track mine on a stupid little app called 30 Plants for the ultimate gamification of dinner. it’s easier than you think! your microbiome will thank you for it!!
