The koss are a classic look and actually sound quite good, also they have a lifetime guarantee and they will literally just mail you new ones if they break, you just have to pay shipping. The audio technicas however are my bread and butter. Good price point and AMAZING sound. Been reliable for 2+ years for me

They’re on-ear, not over-ear, but they aren’t bulky at all and even fold down! I think they sound pretty great for the price point but the trade off you make is that they’re pretty leaky. I loved mine though—used them for years + went through a couple pair (but the warranty is great + worth accessing). Might be worth it to spring for models with replacement cords available cos for me, those were always what failed first.

affordable and sound great! plus, very easy and fun to mod to make them even better. currently I have the porta pro drivers on a looser headband and ksc 75 drivers on the porta pro headband both with yaxi pads. might do the mmcx mod next if I’m feeling crazy

🎵I own probably 5 pairs of over-ear headphones for varying purposes (and having a bad itch for buying audio listening gear). These ones are my favorite, for a cheaper option the Sony 1000XM3's are still a great model and since theyre like 3 gens old in the ever-churning technology deathmaw we live in you can find em for 160$ regularly. Avoid the Apple Max at all cost they're so shite and so overpriced. If you're looking for wired headphones basically every musician or dj I know owns a pair of audio technica ATH-M50x's and I've had my pair for 9 years now and they're still going strong.

📚I don't care if it's a basic pick but this book is literally so powerful. Just filled to the brim with raw humanity in all the forms it can take. Cannot recommend enough. Read it as a teenager and it changed my life

🫂She's moving away to California in a few weeks and I'm feeling a lot of regret that we didn't get to know each other better. But I'm going to cherish the time left!! But yeah I'm gonna try and remember to just do it say what I want to and not wait around for it to happen "naturally" anymore
