Up until around a year ago i was 100% sure i was cishet now i'm going through some stuff but regardless I'm a big fan of these types of memes. If I had to guess why it's because it's a safe way to think about your group of male friends on a deeper level without admitting it. You have to think about everyone in the group and what you associate with them, etc. It's astrology but ephemeral. Sorry if this doesn't mean anything, I'm going through some stuff as mentioned above
