Yesss. Itโ€˜s better to be exposed to sun from 7:00 to 9:00am. From 12:00 to 2:00pm thereโ€™s a lot of exposure to radiation. Coming from someone who had Vitamin D deficiency ๐Ÿ˜”

I live in one of the sunniest places out there and yet I'm vitamin D deficient? The fatigue is real and daily supplements seem to help (and I'm not standing exposed to the sun for 2 hours every day to get the same amt of vitamin D in one tablet)!

watching the tree change and being there for all itโ€™s subtle stages of browning and blooming is a beautiful experience that can yield great appreciation and joy. i believe that spending time in nature when the seasons are changing can provide much comfort and relief to seasonal depression and other feelings that come when the days grow dark and cold.
