shoving as much as you can of the last (definitely oversized) bite of your pasta dish into your mouth before chewing and swallowing

as a fun little challenge... its an exercise in pretending you are a garbage truck... squeezing and compacting the first few forkfuls into your cheeks... finally when i see that my plate or bowl has been cleared i will chew and swallow and digest...
why i do this is a very good question but it definitely started when i'd have those puny, absolutely tiny portions of michelina's frozen pasta meals in the green boxes!!! my favourites were the lasagna with meat sauce and the lasagna alfredo with broccoli . for the record B)
please don't judge me

Never changing

My dad teases me about how when I was a little kid, my favorite thing to do when I was on the landline phone with somebody—be it a relative or one of my best friends—was to breathlessly describe the things that were in my bedroom so that they could have a mental picture of everything I loved and chose to surround myself with, and where I sat at that moment in time. Perfectly Imperfect reminds me of that so thanks for always listening and for sharing with me too 💌
