Salvation Army

The Salvation Army on 21st and 8th Avenue is the best place to find great thrift for an extremely low price. I have had an enormous amount of success at this location, there is just something about it! They have everything, and if you go on a Wednesday most items will be half price.

Kids

Go to the kids section at Goodwill or your local thrift. No, I am not saying buy children’s clothing. My local Goodwill always has the cutest women’s tops accidentally mixed in with the children’s stuff. It’s like finding a hidden gem. (photo is me departing the motherland to take the train!)

Value Village

This may seem basic for Canadians but I’ve yet to find a comparable spot to thrift at in the U.S. I usually get lost finding cute items in there for much longer than I planned.
