Burn all the bacteria (or viruses) away while at the same time soothing your throat! Currently also sick and just gargled some salt water too. The worst part for me is choking on phlegm and junk in my chest. I have tried every medicine out there and still struggle!! Going to try a spoonful of honey before bed because two people told me to do that today. 🤞

Supercharge it and carry it with you all day/every day in an insulated water bottle. I like to carry a little tea cup with me to pour it into and be fancy. Bonus: the water bottle will smell like tea and honey even after you’ve cleaned it and put boring old water back in

ok so gargling warm salt water has done wonders for my sore throats in the past! i just microwave or heat up some water in the kettle and then take my salt shaker and shake a lil bit in the cup, then stir. make sure to "close off your throat" before gargling (sounds dumb, but the first time i gargled warm water i choked and it was kinda painful haha).
this next thing is really nasty but i swear i have never had a cold that this method couldn't beat. and it works SO QUICKLY. swallowing chopped up, raw, garlic. by the spoonful. I KNOW ITS SO BAD IM SORRY but it works so well (i think bc the garlic is so nasty it just creates a hostile environment in your throat that the virus doesn't like). it helps a lot if you do this before a meal, since then the garlic taste will be gone from your mouth before too long. i usually just take a spoonful or too with water, or pinch my nose while taking it to spare myself the taste.

i hate being sick so much and this method hasn’t really failed me yet but legit drink 3-4 cups minimum of ginger and/or elderberry tea. make it strong. anytime i’ve felt something coming on, i've been fine the next morning. if you still get sick, your symptoms will at least be less severe and go away quicker.
make sure to get plenty of rest, avoid caffeine and do not try to exercise and sweat out like some people say. sometimes steaming your face over minty or gingery water will help as well. best of luck!

I swear by this stuff and Coldeeze. That and adding some Manuka honey to your tea. I think that combo cut my cold time in half last time I was sick, it was great.
