i think being a heavy stepper is not something that can be blamed but idk sometimes the steps can be so hard that they shake rooms and make the walls creak
lots of shops, very lively at night, sometimes farmers markets during the day, right next to the beach, cheap parking nearby, the filmore is right next to it as well
