buck_mcgraw based on your post i think you might like them! annihilation is a sci-fi thriller, itâs pi.fyi popular (lol) and while the movie sucks (even the author hates it), the book is kinda cinematic and definitely invokes the same uneasiness you might get watching something like gone girl (or perhaps zodiac, another good fincher!). hitchhikerâs guide to the galaxy is sci-fi and also a movie (but good), the book itself is a little different but equally, if not more, funny. a lot of the humor is dry and tongue-in-cheek. itâs a series but you donât have to read them all but either way start with the first one. and itâs more of a fun read rather than suspenseful, but still very enjoyable
marxinista sounds good, I'll check them out! I have seen the Annihilation movie was i was also thought was sort of mid and I have heard of hitchikers guide so I could see them being stuff I like
