i made a poster for a friend’s show, and the employees at the venue put the design on their shirts 🥹. also was really rewarding to hear fans at the show say they wanted shirts like theirs (i guess we will have to work on that!)

as creative who normally remains in the digital realm, making a shirt is not only a special little project for you to work on based off a band or singer you know, but it’s also a great keepsake in the off chance their actual merch stand is a blood bath! and you get to look super cool! and wear your art!
plus you can do things like put your own boobs on a shirt! made this based off of the song sinner by the last dinner party (seeing them in toronto at the end of the month hehe)

I’m a merchandise designer for bands and my small dream is to see someone I don’t know wearing something I designed, even better if it’s not at that band’s concert. Not sure whether I would say anything to them about it or just keep it to myself

whew. i have had a triple whammy of things turning out in ways i didn’t expect them to the last couple of weeks. i have had my teary moments, but i know deep down that what’s meant for me will work out and that the right doors will open. still trying to allow myself to feel bummed out, though…but not TOO bummed out.…that’s when you wind up closing yourself off from the opportunities trying to reach you. anyways - life goes on - WE BALL!!!! WHAT IS MEANT FOR ME WILL FIND ME!!! PRAISE GOD BABY!

this world is too cold and life is too short to not make sure that the people around you know you love them, that they matter to you. stop this mindset of needing to be nonchalant!!!! if someone leaves you after you tell them you love them, well, they weren’t mean to stick around anyways. tell your friends, your family, your lovers that they are what makes life worth living! that they are sunshine personified to your heart and soul!! the real ones will stay, and they’ll tell you the same. too many people don’t realize how loved they are. 2025 is the year of telling people you love them. flat out.
