My parents like this show and they bought the complete dvd set for our minivan (probably from a Cracker Barrel gift shop if we're real). Most iconic theme song of all time (linked and highly recommend listening). As a child, I always felt connected to the wife character — a New York City girl forced to live in the dusty barren countryside... woe is me.

hear me out, y'all. this has been my comfort show for like a hundred years. it never gets old. the epitome of #wholesome. do you love: -tiny coastal towns -bumbling nephews -old people having crushes on each other -grumpy small-town doctors -cops being shown up by an old lady -that same old lady confronting murderers and saying things to them like, "now stop this fiddle faddle!" if you answered "yes" to any of the above, this show is for you! maybe it's just because i spent most of my childhood around no-nonsense, bookish, old people in new england, but this show is A VIBE so stop sleeping on it.

Fran Drescher is iconic. Had never seen this show, and am now thrilled to have finally come home to it.

90's sitcom that's weirdly riddled with magical realism and existential philosophy and the theme song explodes out of your television at a million decibels

as we all (pi fyi users) know, being into shit is cool. i’ve been thinking about how in the early days of facebook rather than liking pages you would “become a fan” of them and i just love that verbage. so sweet and precious

it’s nice to have a forced walk in the morning before work and it’s not really of shame if you’re in love
