i used to work for a big soul-less company and now i do accounting for a tiny company with like 25 total employees. my boss brings us treats when she goes on trips and we all sit and have lunch together and it feels like family dinner and people are paid fairly and it feels real good, man.
I just started a new job and my boss is so nice. She gave me an orange and a plant and bought me lunch and said she was proud of me. I’m never leaving this place.
i’ve done this platonically and romantically recently. and both seem to be working out. i love talking on the phone. we should all talk on the phone more often
