Youâre gonna jump if AG (and Finn Keane) made it. This album came out after everyone had already published their âbest of 2023â and is therefore criminally overlooked. Although Soft Rock is wide-ranging in genre (from the guitar-driven rock of Sentence to the neo-medieval lament O Fortuna), emotion (from the proto-brat Heavy to the heartbreaking Lost Everything), and theme (love, friendship, myth, the music industry), it comes together into a remarkably cohesive and fully skipless jewel box of an album.

1. Donât go to sleep until at least an hour after you stopped drinking

If you donât define yourself by âwhat you doâ then you can comfortably try (and fail usually) at everything. Do what you love until you donât love it and then do something else. dont equate âwhat I doâ with âwith my lifeâ. If you have a canvas and you paint something and you say wow this is garbage, just paint something different!
lifeâs only as serious as you make it out to be. Enjoy it and learn shit.
