someone recently told me you should drink lukewarm water instead of cold water because it doesn't draw so much warmth from your body and uses less energy. Thank you for sharing but respectfully I want to guzzle the sweet nectar of the clouds when it's good and frigid

In traditional Chinese medicine, it is not recommended to drink cold things so as not to block the energy flow in the body.

This little factoid only matters if you're literally stranded in Antarctica. Some animals there won't eat snow because it wastes precious energy heating up to body temp. Outside of this situation, completely irrelevant.

a study issued last month found that dancing is the most effective way of treating and mitigating depression. Walking, therapy, and yoga also outpaced SSRIs. and if you're saying 'oh this was probably funded by Big Dance', there's no evidence of that and if you're saying 'that's just what a Big Dance shill would say', well honey you're right
