I learn new language and don't allow myself any mail/social media/messages before doing my Anki. I start my days feeling more refreshed and accomplished knowing I actually did something for myself first thing in the morning.
It doesn't have to be language learning, but whatever you like. Yoga session, new show episode, breakfast, journaling. Just no FOMO and mindless scrolling to start your day.
