you don’t need to refrigerate that stuff and it’s way more pleasurable at room temp imo. butter spreads and melts v nicely when you don’t have to put it on piping hot toast first!
when butter is cold it is an ingredient. once it becomes softened and spreadable, it is a dip. a very luscious and gorgeous one at that. fridgeless butter is sooo chic. and paired with a soft bread?? perfect
last flight i was on they informed me i couldn’t do it but i think that flight attendant was just new i’m too ocd to not say you shouldn’t actually do this. ocd! talk about a recommendation!
