you don’t need to refrigerate that stuff and it’s way more pleasurable at room temp imo. butter spreads and melts v nicely when you don’t have to put it on piping hot toast first!
salted. i use a butter knife and just scrape tiiiiiiiiiny slices of butter off the stick or out of the tub it’s in. scrape, lick, scrape, lick, scrape, lick. idk it just tastes better that way
