Weāre walking 7+ miles a day and my schedule has shifted 3 hours earlier. Iām tired all the time, but I get to temporarily be an active, morning person type all the while knowing my sedentary, dirtbag ways are waiting for me back home.
Iām surprised nobody has said this one yet but I guess itās not necessarily a random interest lol. It forces you into regular friendly interaction with people in your community, especially if you habitually take your dog to the same restaurants for outdoor dining or if you live in a large apartment buildingāespecially if it has a dog park where you end up naturally chatting with other dog owners and seeing them over and over again. I had a lot of interesting conversations at my last apartment building while my dog Benny played with other dogs. Great way to become socialized if youāre feral
