one of my favorite things to do is FaceTime my long-distance homies while I’m getting ready to go out. logistically, it’s great to have someone help pick out an outfit; sentimentally, it’s the perfect time to catch up on each other’s lives; comedically, I get to periodically interrupt the conversation by showing the camera a skincare product in front of my open palm like a beauty influencer.
