Idk I personally feel less fatigued w a regular phone call than ft bc I don’t have to watch our faces slowly disappear from the screen as our phone cameras start tilting towards the ceiling.

one of my favorite things to do is FaceTime my long-distance homies while I’m getting ready to go out. logistically, it’s great to have someone help pick out an outfit; sentimentally, it’s the perfect time to catch up on each other’s lives; comedically, I get to periodically interrupt the conversation by showing the camera a skincare product in front of my open palm like a beauty influencer.

I ran a mile 2 a coffee shop. Walked back with an iced honey lavender latte and saw a very cool spider. The baristas were very nice. It's like a REWARD.
