It’s been my favourite meal since I was a child. it’s never been beaten. it feels so perfect for an autumn night, creamy and warm and cheesy and comforting. if you haven’t had it, try it. And then eat it regularly for the rest of your life.
basic but so scrumptious!!
it’s so warm and gooey, it just scratches a spot in my memory in heart that heals me
mentally as well :)!
i don’t think anything beats the classic cheese and tomato combo in any food..!
It basically translates to cottage cheese, laddoo are sweet balls the variety in the Indian subcontinent of laddoos is vast. I use motichur laddoo they miniscule gram flour balls fried and then soaked sugar syrup them moulded into bigger balls. Google it if you wanna see what I mean. We get the get the laddoos readymade. Then take a slice of bread add a slice of paneer and sorta break the laddoo and spread evenly. Cover with another bread and dig in. This was made on a random day when me and my father were tinkering in the kitchen with limited supplies.
I used to be envious of people who had “MySpace friends” or “tumblr friends”. Now I have PI.FYI friends. Thank you capyboppy for your lovely letter and this illustration of a capybara and a mouse with fruit on our heads, it made me weirdly emotional ❤️
