I suspect that most people want to let their hair down, want to let go of the uptight facade, want to move past the performance pressure to be perpetually cool
But it's hard to be the first one to do it, so you've got to show people that it is fun and okay to do this
Having a themed party seems like a great start
Adding in some group activities, I don't know, just making this up right now, like a "funny walks contest" or bobbing for apples βΒ I mean, I've never bobbed for apples, but what does bobbing for apples do: it gets you wet, awkward, looking silly, and that gets us to where we want to be: having unadulterated fun, memorably, together
