To any and all extents… writing, producing, performing, and sometimes just seeing the process of a song being created can re-fuel the fire of music creation.
Musicians are truly God’s gift to Earth. The process is beautiful, and watching a song go from rough idea to released is one of the most euphoric feelings as a music lover.
If you’re an aspiring musician, sometimes the best way to learn is just to watch how a song is made. No technical advice can help you understand the magic of song-making. Involve yourself in the process, because man is it rewarding.

Making music is lowkey thereaputic asf. To anyone reading this I suggest heavily to understand how to make music, whether its a real instrument or on a website like bandlab or an app like FL studio, when u can get ur creativity into sounds that actually envision the vibe you fw, its so ethereal.

I'll start using this website to log albums that I have listened to - like letterboxd but for music! recommended to me by royallmonarch I listened to this yesterday, 16th September, and I recommended it to like 5 more people in my college today. It has grown on me so much. I had never heard of this duo, and i was just blown away. soooo cool! their instrumantation and vocals and ideas, all so fresh and lovely. for some reason i really connected to the song titles also lol. i dont have a proper analysis for this just yet, but i really really enjoyed listening to it and again thank you nick for the reccomendation! more album reviews(?) coming soon
next one is Transatlanticism by Death Cab for Cutie (listening to it as im writing this)
