♨️Bathhouse's are a great way to wind down from a busy week so I make it a habit to go every Sunday night. It’s a great way to catch up one on one with a friend, without distractions. And you get the best sleep over your life afterwards. I also feel like this is a “New York Thing” to take advantage of because there are so many great options. Personally, I love Spa88 in the financial district but oftentimes visit the one in the east village as well.

😶I live for the sauna and ice plunge combo. It’s my favorite way to de-stress. City Spa is my fave - they have the hottest rock sauna in LA and they are coed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. When I want something more serene, I go to Olympic in Ktown. Their steam room is cut with mugwort and their deep sea facial will make you look five years younger.

Something to sip on after your shower. Also it just feels like it doesn’t belong. It makes that loud clank every time you put it down on the sink and you’re like damn I have to be gentle. Feels risky. I love it.
