I‘m being completely sincere when I say that I’ve been having the most satisfying meals of my life at the hands of a can of refried beans. I‘m making a dip, I’m folding a burrito, I’m going spoon to tupperware. With the correct set of toppings it goes nuts. And in this economy hello ??

NOTHING in this world has brought me more comfort than a bean and cheese burrito, and I have been making the same bean and cheese burritos since 2006. The greatest at home bean and cheese burrito is made with Tortilla Land uncooked flour tortillas, whole pinto beans, extra sharp Tillamook cheddar, and chipotle tabasco. I don’t want to hear it about the cheddar cheese, there are no acceptable substitutes.

"Important" is subjective. I just got a planner that only gives me 3 (three!!!!) lines of to-do list- it's actually changed my life. A slow burn of getting things done instead of the 36 line-item list that only makes me feel depresso at the end of the day it over. Three things only.
