it’s really about the small things in life and i think people really appreciate kind greetings especially at the start of the day. I try to do it with everyone i come in contact with and I’m so happy when the do it back!! and if they don’t…who cares!! be a ball of sunshine :)

📢I was always told that if I don’t have anything nice to say I shouldn’t say anything at all but I think it should be officially recommended that if you do have something nice to say, say it! A heartfelt compliment that is in your brain will cost you nothing to give the person to whom it’s due and might change their day for the better! Take notice of others and be specific with your kindness. Such an easy way to make yourself a happier person!

🥛sometimes you think you’re in a really bad mood, but then you have a glass of water and BAM! you see the glass half full (lol). my point is something as simple as having a glass of water, a snack or taking a shower can fix your mood almost ENTIRELY. it’s really amazing what the small things in life can do
