Crate Digging (digitally, I'm too broke to actually buy vinyl) can be a chore, and there are people out there who have been doing it for decades. NTS Radio 1 & 2 are both dope and usually between one of them I can find something I'm trying to hear Otherwise, they have a ton of infinite radio stations that are dope... poolside is probably my favorite - I could always be at the beach

I don't touch spotify as much these days, their discovery algo just isn't great. NTS radio is playing in my apt basically all day — go download the app, tune in live to one of their 2 stations or browse their archive of shows, exceptionally well curated sets from tastemakers and djs from all over. linked is a very fun set from last month, psych rock soundtrack kinda vibes and how I'm starting my day

Infinite Mixtapes is the best choice you can make when choosing music for a long car ride. Great soul/disco deep cuts and something for everyone. plus they have super cool merch and guest djs

still an excellent way! my favorite is NTS, based in london, & free, find a dj/show you like and your playlists will never run dry

At the risk of sounding like a basic bitch, this shit is so real. Going down your chart on co-star and breaking down the individual aspects of your personality and reflecting on how to adapt & change is so fascinating. I love it

Go down south and no matter where you are, they have a regional style. North Carolina - whole hog pork BBQ, vinegar based sauce Texas - beef BBQ, but salt & pepper brisket specifically Kansas City - ribs primarily, sweet sauce similar to like a sweet baby rays South Carolina - mustard based sauce, usually whole hog like North Carolina Memphis - spicy dry rub when I’ve had it but apparently they do a wet sauce too Hard to pick a favorite among them but I’d have to lean towards South Carolina style, the mustard gives it a zhuzh past the regular vinegar
