El Faro (ON VALENCIA)
Have been going my whole life, back when the condo building across the street was just a parking lot with a massive Mariachi Carlos Santana mural facing it.
If you ever go, keep it simple; regular or super with carne asada; and when they ask if you want it "con el gravy" you say HELL YEA. It's not a gravy as much as it is the sauce and juice the meat is simmering in, but a couple spoonfuls in there and it's *Pancha chefs kiss/Rattatouie critic having a flashback of his childhood* perfect. I love you El Faro.
