the rind of a block of parmesan cheese

it’s the best part. get a block and cut it close the the rind. nibble with your front teeth like a rat until you get down to the hard rind. keep chewing until it’s gone. it’s amazing.

It really elevates pasta and also so good on it’s own. Can be a lil spendy though
