i’ve been slowly getting into fitness over the past year and it was a real lightbulb moment for me when i started doing more intensive workouts (as opposed to only yoga/pilates) bc they are wildly more gratifying, physically and mentally. turns out the confidence and motivation you get from doing hard things is what makes u actually wanna continue working out. i’m now more active than ever and it feels great!!!

cliché i know but do something challenging with your body! go for a run, ride a bike, do some yoga.. it takes your mind off things and makes you feel productive. keep that up for a while and even if you’re still feeling down at least you’ll look good 👍

even if its delusional, I really do love the idea of trusting that all of the perceived hardships, anxieties, and lessons ultimately lead to a path that's catered to our individual needs for growth and learning.
maybe I am detaching from reality in an effort to cope, but I truly am starting to believe that miracles (big and small) happen daily and that we will all be ok in the end.
attention and intention are everything.
