Just keep a book on you and read when you feel the urge to take out your phone. Now, I have this insatiable desire to just read all the time and everything I do is to make time for more reading.

eating something that you have tended to from sprout to bloom to fruit is so fulfilling. on my second story balcony i am growing pole beans, basil, and peppers.
