it seems really common for people in my area to walk their dogs and completely disregard the leash because "he's a good boy" or whatever and i don't mean to sound like a fascist but man these laws exist for a reason please tighten tf up i do not want that big slobbery bastard to jump on me
there are all to many dangers (posed both by the world AND your dog, sorry) to be that reckless and i get that it comes from this whole salt of the earth free range ethos thing but jeeesus christ man
