I have a small leather purse that I thrifted a millennia ago and it carries: my iPad (doesn’t fit), lotion (jergens), keys, wallet, q-tips (???), face masks, and stickers (obvs).

Every day, everywhere I go, I have my wallet, phone, keys, lip balm, three lipsticks, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, lotion, a tide pen, a phone charger, KN95s, gum, antihistamine nasal spray, sunglasses, a deck of cards, my notebook, and I have room for at least two books or my gigantic water bottle. Do you need a snack? An ibuprofen? I probably have one. A crossbody could never.

Face mask, key chain, AirPods, sunglasses and bag, very old and battered wallet, book (indelicacy by Amina cain, haven’t read much), fidget toy keychain, half-empty bag of everything bagel cashews, chapstick, sunscreen stick, lip gloss, lip liner, lipstick, the whale bag which contains: tampons, face oil roller, hand sanitizer, deodorant, hand cream, ibuprofen, tide to go pen and regular pen.

i have a zipper pouch that i move between totes most of the time which ideally always has
- airpods
- sunglasses
- lip gloss & chapstick (and liner if i’m wearing it)
- cornflower blue moleskine & pen
- mints or gum (sometimes both)
- hand sanitizer & lotion
- various miscellaneous things to put my hair up (currently a hair tie, a hair coil, a scrunchie, and a mini claw clip)
- coin purse (empty atm)
- sharpie
- tide pen
- deck of cards
- lactaid pills lol

For local shows we don’t have much to choose from but Blackthorn is pretty sick and the people are also sick and it’s local so supporting local businesses is sick. This other one is an almost 4 hr drive but Bottleneck in Lawrence KS has a lot of great bands pass through and the vibe is immaculate and the crowd is always top notch too. Saw The Chats there and it was everything I could have hoped for and more. A closer one is George’s Majestic Lounge in Fayetteville AR. Down side is that the train tracks are right beside the venue so when it passes through you can’t hear a damn thing and have to wait for it to pass (happened during little Been Stellar were playing).

Go! (Which also constitutes as a Christmas movie), Electrick Children (the first indie movie I ever watched), Green Room (Anton Yelchin my beloved), and Ginger Snaps (I love girls who turn into a beast and tear everything apart 😫).
Honorable mentions: Ya No Estoy Aquà (literally killed me but amazing nonetheless), Cube (Saw before Saw), and Tremors (🪱).
