anything can be a lucky charm if you really want it to be! bunnies have been significant to me my almost my whole life because of the stuffed bunny i’ve had since i was 3, so anytime i see a bunny outside i see it as a sign of good luck… after all, i’m lucky that i saw a bunny in the first place, so what’s the best that could happen beyond that?

it’s not exactly something i carry around with me but more so something that finds me <3 i have a stuffed animal bunny i’ve had since i was three and since then, i feel like i receive a stroke of good luck every time i see a bunny outside :,) and i guess i do carry bunnies with me now that i think about it, cuz i have three bunny tattoos hehe

The superstition is this: on the first day of the month, one is supposed to say “Rabbit, rabbit” to ensure a month of good luck. I adore this superstition, like making a circle of protective salt around you for the entire 28, 30, or 31 days of a month. in theory, it’s supposed to be the first words you utter on that 1st day, but I make my life easier by just making sure I say it at some point during the day. I love superstitions, but I like also throwing in a bit of my own luck in there. So say “rabbit, rabbit,” why don’t ya? I’ll say it several extra times in honor of those who read this a little later on.
