ππ I will be a stable and warm safe place for my son who is starting preschool next week.
π I will be comfortable in the continued hot weather even though my brain is believing itβs autumn already.
π It is okay for me to believe that I look better better than I do. How I actually look is none of my business.
π If Iβm not having fun or enjoying any extra curriculars in my life, itβs okay to just quit.
π I will focus on processing all the veggies from my garden and wasting as little as possible
π I will celebrate my dog βs birthday without also thinking about how every day she is inching closer to death
