honestly one of my favourite ways to eat eggs. the recipe works fine even if you sub the milk bread for whatever bread you usually have (but milk bread makes it 10x better). you can’t sub the kewpie mayo tho srry i don’t make the rules.

Here me out make a batch of egg salad at the beginning of the week. Now you have easy lunch and dinner if u want BUT you also have a perfect cracker topping that's filling and Not terrible for you (not great but better than chips and also filling) alternatively make some tea or soy sauce soaked boiled eggs boil them less than you would normally to get a jammy interior, delicious

split any bun in half, spread on tartar sauce, fry in a pan, fry an egg on medium heat (i prefer the bottom not so crunchy and the yolk runny) , season with baked veg seasoning + salt&pepper, cheese slice on the still warm bun, egg on the top bun so the yolk can soak in it, lettuce in between and yum:)

i’ve made minor tweaks to the recipe i linked:
- add 2 cloves of minced/pressed garlic after the onions and celery have sweat
- add 1 tsp each of turmeric powder and cumin powder
- use both the zest AND juice of the lemon

for the last few years I’ve booked off work for my birthday and treated myself to a me day. this consists of scheduling a massage or facial (truly the best), splurging on a nice lunch and dessert, and sometimes a movie!

shoutout to the girl on tiktok that taught me this back in 2021.
put it in a spray bottle or spray mop. this prob works on other hard floors but i've only used it on my vinyl floors and bathroom tile. it's magic.
